Are my tickets transferrable if I cannot attend a concert?
Yes. If you are unable to attend a concert for any reason, i.e. illness, surgery, weather, etc., your ticket is transferrable to anyone of your choosing.
Will my money be refunded if I cannot attend a concert?
No. If you cannot attend a concert, your ticket can be transferred to the next concert. If you are unable to attend any concert after purchasing a ticket, your ticket value will be transferred to a donation, and you will be acknowledged as a donor for this current season.
Is my subscription transferrable if I cannot attend a concert?

Is there a snow date for a concert if the weather doesn’t permit us to attend?
No. Because we perform at one of the Centennial School Districts buildings, we share the space with not only the school but with other organizations. Our concert dates are set with Klinger Middle School’s administration and cannot be changed.
Can I purchase a ticket or subscription before a concert?
Yes. We try to make it easy for anyone to purchase a ticket or subscription. You can pay via check by mail, online through our e-Commerce store, or by cash, check or credit at the venue before any concert.
How do I donate?
There are three ways you can donate: complete this year’s subscription form and send a check; donate online through our e-commerce store, or donate in person before any concert. You can pay by cash, check, and credit card.
How is my donation used?
The Southampton Community Band is a nonprofit charitable organization exempt from federal taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We use your donation in a variety of ways including purchase of new music, repairs to our percussion equipment, rental fees for our concert venue, and other necessary maintenance fees. Your donation is never used for personal gain.
How do I find out if a concert is cancelled?
We perform at Klinger Middle School, which is in the Centennial School District. As soon as we know that Klinger will be closed, we will announce the concert cancellation via our website and social media platforms. If inclement weather occurs the day before a concert, we will try to have the concert as scheduled, but it is up to Klinger Middle School to determine whether the township will allow the school to open.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. At the time the donation is placed, you will receive a link to download proof of your donation.
Is my annual subscription tax deductible?
No. Only donations are tax deductible.
