Who We Are
The Southampton Community Band is different from other musical organizations. Our band comprises all instruments you find in an orchestra EXCEPT a string section. Our playing membership consists of reeds, brass, woodwinds, and percussion, with an occasional harp or upright string bass. Our repertoire includes Classical, Big Band, Jazz, Broadway and Folk compilations, and new band literature.
Our 2024 – 2025 Concert Season
Our 2024-2025 season has concluded. Thank you to everyone who supported us this season, and we look forward to planning another exciting season for you beginning in September.
If you did not have a chance to attend any of our concerts, please join us for one last concert. We will perform on Saturday, July 5th at Lions Grove Pavilion in Tamanend Park on the final day of Southampton Days. The concert begins at 7:15pm. Tickets are not required for you to attend.

Salute to the Armed Forces

Bring your favorite veteran or stateside military personnel and join us in honoring their service as we present our annual tribute to the armed forces. You are guaranteed to enjoy Americana and patriotic compositions from John Philip Sousa to Percy Grainger.
